The Smart City Complex is an initiative of the department of business management in Bar Ilan University. This is a repurposed old warehouse, that was turned into a shared workspace for smart cities startup initiatives.

Following the theoretic framework is the basis of the smart cities vision, the plan is based on the principle of smart infrastructure that allows spatial flexibility and optimal use.  The complex contains a variety of seating options that allow interaction and cooperation between its users.
