The project tries to regulate the boundaries between real-estate and dwelling, by parametric planning that uses both real-estate and quality of life parameters.
The entire geometry of the building was created in 3D Studio Max, parametrically, using pulling and pushing points. the location of those points changes according to different tests that measure different architectural qualities: light, views, wind, aesthetics etc. This process enables control over every point in the plan, and allows different situations in the building: transition of light between spaces, creation of outer spaces while increasing envelope area, levels moving in order to ventilate problematic areas etc.
Within all this “Bottom up” thinking, it is important to maintain a “Top down” architectural attitude, regarding program, connection to the city, and facade aesthetics.
