The increase in technological development in the last few decades makes it difficult to predict how human society would look like in the next few years, and as a result, makes it difficult to plan living environment for this future society. However, "Human Duality", which means the fact that humans are both organisms with basic needs as well as social creatures, can help us break a building to different systems, based on changing human behavior, each system with its own lifespan.

"The New Urban Suburb" is a space of human activities. It's constructed of basic living cores that contain minimal housing units that vary in size and shape, and suit different family types. All the leftover space is called "The social space". This space is rich with social programs which change constantly.

This systematic perception can eventually create new living fabrics, suburban but with urban characteristics and density, that can endure better along time in our rapidly changing world.
